- Northrop Grumman — an 188,000-square-foot high-tech development center in Melbourne, Florida, as well as 270,000 sf of office space for the Automatic Test Equipment Division.
- Chase Manhattan Bank — Two buildings, totaling 640,000 square feet.
- Citigroup — 82,000-square-foot data processing facility.
- NEC — 155,000-square-foot U.S. Headquarters.
- Robert Bosch — 130,000-sf regional headquarters

More than 300,000 square feet of state-of-the-art medical office space and laboratory facilities.
A Radiology center which includes opened and closed MRI’s, CT Scan, Thallium Stress Testing, Mammography, Sonogram, and other specialized services.
A 20,000-sf ambulatory center, including 5 operating rooms.
A 40,000-sf robotic laboratory for North Shore — Long Island Jewish Health System.
