When can we move in or out?
All move-ins and move-outs must take place outside of building hours so as to not interfere with other tenants.
On weekdays, moving must be completed before 8:00 am and may not start until 6:00 pm.
On weekends, moving may take place at any time.
All moves must be scheduled with our Service Department (516) 931-5322, Ext. 2.
What arrangements do we need to make when moving?
Floors in public areas (corridors, lobbies, etc.) must be covered with masonite to protect against damage from wheels on carts, dollys, etc.

Do we need an insurance certificate to move in or out?
Yes. We must receive an insurance certificate from your mover.
